It gathers all professions involved in the making of urban renovation operations: public agencies for urban planning and renewal, local and national authorities, universities, the port authorities, private operators, etc.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nThe Network\u2019s effectiveness and relevance <\/em>rely on the implication of each member. An active cooperation between urban planners and operators but also between contracting authorities and funders is necessary for a great involvement of the members in implementing and contributing to exchanges. The debate around those questions takes place at least once a year during the Network\u2019s annual plenary conference. It is managed by both the public urban development organization Eurom\u00e9diterran\u00e9e and the Agency for sustainable mediterranenan cities and territories (AVITEM).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Eurom\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/strong> is a public urban planning organization that leads renovation operations in Marseille. Launched in 1995, the project covers 310ha located in the heart of Marseille.
